If Scrubber DO! approves the priority request and you accept the quote, your approved service day and service window are locked and cannot be changed by you or Scrubber DO! staff. If you later need a different day or service window, you must cancel the accepted quote and submit a new quote request with the day and window you prefer. If the confirmed priority service is not provided, the full priority service charge will be removed from the final quote or reimbursed. Previously scheduled and recurring customers keep priority. Service depends on crew availability, location, scope review, and payment authorization. Biohazards, hazardous materials, hoarding conditions, and unknown extreme cleaning conditions are not eligible for on-demand dispatch. Cancellation terms may apply after the appointment is confirmed.

Preferred Service Schedule

If the condition upon arrival differs materially from the information provided, we will discuss any price adjustment with you before beginning work.

A 30% booking deposit reserves the confirmed service date.

How the commercial calculator builds the price Each selected facility area shows its base labor contribution from area quantity, square footage, cleaning tasks, service frequency, and the published loaded service rate. A minimum combined crew labor allowance per visit covers setup, movement between areas, and lockup when the task estimate is lower. It is a pricing allowance, not a promise of time onsite. The final preliminary monthly price then applies the selected supervision coverage, facility traffic, and requested service-outcome factors. Optional services show their own rates and calculations separately.
