Customer Policies
Service Terms and Customer Responsibilities
These policies establish the service standards, scheduling requirements, access procedures, payment terms, and customer responsibilities that apply to Scrubber DO! appointments.
Booking deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling
No payment is required when a preliminary quote request is submitted. After the final quote is approved and accepted, a 30% booking deposit reserves the appointment. Cancel at least 48 hours before service for a full deposit refund. Scrubber DO! may retain 35% of the deposit for 24–48 hours’ notice, 70% of the deposit for less than 24 hours’ notice, or the full deposit for a no-show or denied access. If Scrubber DO! cancels, the deposit is refunded in full. A first timely reschedule may transfer the deposit.
Property access and keys
The customer must provide safe, legal, timely access and accurate alarm, parking, building, and key instructions. Do not send door codes or sensitive access details through a public review or social-media message. Keys and codes are used only for authorized service access.
Satisfaction and recleaning
Report any missing or damaged item, or any missed cleaning work, within 24 hours of service and include reasonable details or photos. Scrubber DO! will review the report promptly. When missed cleaning work is within the agreed scope, Scrubber DO! may offer a recleaning as the first remedy. This does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining, inaccessible areas, or work outside the approved scope.
Payment
Accepted payment methods and timing appear on the final quote or agreement. Unless other written terms apply, payment is due when service is completed.
Travel charges
Local travel is included through 20 one-way driving miles from the Black Jack business address. The preliminary estimator shows extended-area charges for 21–50 miles; locations beyond 50 miles require a custom quote. The final written quote controls.
Photos
Photos requested for estimating, scope confirmation, quality control, or damage documentation are kept with the service record. Scrubber DO! will not use identifiable customer-property photos for advertising without separate permission. Customers should remove sensitive documents and personal information from view.
Safety and service limits
Customers must disclose hazards, fragile items, pets, active construction, restricted areas, and special products or surface requirements. Pets must be secured. Biohazards, hazardous materials, sharps, pest infestations, hoarding conditions, heavy lifting, work at unsafe heights, and other specialist work are excluded unless expressly reviewed and accepted in writing.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, classified information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Government submissions are reviewed and independently verified before Scrubber DO! responds.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, and applicable obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact Scrubber DO! using the email address below. Some records may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary.

Scrubber DO! uses mobile numbers only to provide requested quote confirmations, approved-quote and payment links, scheduling updates, and service-related customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message consent and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties, except service providers that are necessary to deliver the requested messaging service.
