Scrubber DO! may collect information you provide through this website, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, property and cleaning details, employment information, résumé, and government-contracting documents.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and provide services, evaluate employment applications, review contracting opportunities, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
Employment application access
Applicants can request a private email sign-in link to track or withdraw submitted applications. We use the opening and email address to prevent duplicate submissions and may flag matching phone numbers for hiring-team review. Application updates and withdrawals are recorded in the application history. Access links expire after 20 minutes and candidate sessions after one hour. Withdrawing an application removes it from active consideration but does not immediately delete its recruitment record.
Service providers and links
Website forms are processed using Netlify. This website may also display or link to services operated by Google and social-media providers. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
Uploads and sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, classified information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Government submissions are reviewed and independently verified before Scrubber DO! responds.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, and applicable obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact Scrubber DO! using the information below. Some records may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
Text messaging privacy
Scrubber DO! uses mobile numbers only to provide requested quote confirmations, approved-quote and payment links, scheduling updates, service reminders, payment-related notifications, and service-related customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We may provide information to service providers only as necessary to deliver requested messages, operate the messaging program, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
